I am going to give YOU a jump start into this blog and into my mind by telling you a few things you would know if we were best friends (we probably will be soon anyway)
- I am crazy
- I am happy
- I am all about my faith
That or singing along to my favorite album for the moment. But seriously, I'd be nothing without my Savior. Jesus found me at a very vulnerable and scary time in my life. I would be in a completely different (and most likely horrible) situation today if he had not rescued me and been caring for me in ways I never saw all these years. He saved my life. He has blessed me with more then I'v ever asked for. And I owe everything to Him.
- I am a wanna be health nut
- I have a lot of obsessions/hobbies
The biggest one is my art. But I am an artist in so many ways, its often hard to reign myself in to focus on one thing. Besides painting and drawing, I am also in love with writing, photography, sewing, cooking, baking, storm chasing, and of course climbing trees. The only thing I don't attempt anymore is music. I Love music, and I love to sing, but keep your instruments away from me! Unless you want your ears to bleed. I think iv tried to learn 5 different instruments. The most success I had was with the recorder in middle school...- I am a huge Taylor Swift fan
Yes, I am one of those 20 somethings obsessed with each and every Disney movie, song, and character. I love them, I sing them, I watch them, I want to be them. Disney makes my heart (and my artistic eye) extremely happy
- I hate Television
Not movies or shows in particular, just what they do to our brains, our children, and our husbands. We don't have cable in our house (just Netflix) and I plan to keep it that way. There is so many better ways to spend our time.
- I am a wife
My husband and I , were a team.
We believe that the "honeymoon stage" can last as long as you want it to, our goal - forever. We are dedicated to our relationship and to each other.
We are truly and madly in love.
how long have I wanted to be able to type that? forever. I am a mother. And it is the most amazing, most beautiful, most difficult thing I have ever had to be. My son was born October 6th, 2015. Our labor was long and hard, and the weeks to come would be even longer and harder. We spent the first two weeks of his life in the NICU, something I wouldn't wish on anyone. That stretch of life, was so challenging and stretching on all of us. It changed us for the better.
Now he is home, he is 100% healthy, and we are so in love. He is the most amazing blessing, and at the same time one of the most difficult trials. It is harder then we ever imagined, but we wouldn't trade it for the world.
I think that is all the Important stuff. There is probably a lot I could add to this list, but like every friendship I am sure we will learn more about each other with time.
One more fun fact before you go: I love my readers. I am sincere about this. Thank you for being you, and for taking time to invest in this blog. I hope you find something to inspire you, help you, or make you smile. Don't ever give up, always have faith, be yourself, and have a wonderful day today :)
GOD BLESS!
- Leann Allen
